Hamburger - Pljeskavica


# For 800 g of meat or for 4 Hamburger one third (250 g) of pork meat
# two third (550 g) of young beef meat
# one coffee spoon of baking soda (or baking powder)
# salt and paper as you preferred


Grind the meat three times on meat grinder. In that gridded meat, put all spices and knead (work) the meat three times. Between every of knead, leave the meat for 30 minutes to rest.

Partake meat in 4 portions (about 200 g each) and made a balls. Made hamburger flat each ball) and bake it on barbecue or grill.
