Crushed Biscuits 5/1 or Plazma cake 5/1


 At each step, try and enjoy.

Background:
4.5 kg of crushed biscuits
1 liter of orange soda - Fanta
600 gr Margarine - Butter
100 g powdered sugar
1 vanilla sugar - 10 g

Additions by aerial 5 / 5
1 / 5 - Forest Fruits 450g, it can freeze
2 / 5 - 2 Oranges
3 / 5 - 200 gr minced peanuts
4 / 5 - 100 g White and 200 g Black chocolate of milled
5 / 5 - 100 grams coconut powder

Melt margarine.
All powder products in a dry mix.
Slowly add with mixing soda and melted margarine.
Knead like dough. The base should be slightly wetter.
Removed and the molds to make a Snowman and House - coconut cake coated with chocolate, decorated with Cooke.


The rest of the base divide into 4 equal portions. interfere with any one of four ingredients
Tastes can be changed in any order.

Lasting meal from vegetables

PIE WITH POTATOES

Ingredients
pie crust 500 g
1 kg potatoes
oil
salt
pepper

Preparation
Greased baking sheet with oil or margarine. In a large bowl chop the potatoes, drain it well, season with salt and pepper. Sort four bark to each other and each coated with a teaspoon of oil. Sprinkle grated peel fourth potatoes, fold crust and brush with oil again. Bake for about 40 minutes on medium heat, until the crust is not golden brown.

Ingredients

3 cups rice
onion
oil
salt
pepper

Preparation
Greased baking sheet with oil or margarine. Boil rice in salted water. Sauté onion sliced into thin slices in a little oil, then combine the oil and rice and stir well. If necessary, add more salt and pepper. Sort four bark to each other and each coated with a teaspoon of oil. Fourth sprinkle rice crust, fold crust and brush again with oil. Bake for about 30 minutes on medium heat, until the crust is not golden brown. Instead you can use onion and leek, and this pie is very delicious if you sauté with onions finely chopped and a few mushrooms.

Preparation

CAULIFLOWER SOUP

Ingredients
cauliflower
1.5 liter of water
2 cloves garlic
tablespoons flour

Preparation
Clean cauliflower, cut into little flowers of equal size and barite in the water until it softens, then strain and mash. In a little oil fry the flour and garlic, then add water gradually, stirring constantly, and then also gradually add the strained cauliflower. Add salt to taste. Add red pepper and dried vegetables, and cook for another ten minutes until everything is uniform. Finally, add the corn. When serving, add a spoon to taste the wine or apple cider vinegar in a saucer.


SPINACH SOUP

Ingredients
500 g spinach
onion
cup rice
tablespoons flour
vinegar
dill
salt

Preparation
Clean and wash the spinach, then chop it into strips. Put into a saucepan, add chopped onion, a cup of fried rice and flour and salt. As soon as the spinach and boil, add three cups of hot water. When she cooked, add the dill. Soup is served completely cold.

CREAM SOUP

Ingredients
500 g mushrooms
2 tablespoons corn flour

Preparation
Wash mushrooms and cut them into slices. Saute in oil over low heat until soft. Pour the corn flour, fry it and pour hot water. Add salt and cook for about 20 minutes.


BEANS - PREBRANAC

Ingredients
400 grams of beans tetovca
3 onions
carrot

Preparation
Wash and soak beans in water where you need to rest for two hours. After that, cook it and save the two cups of water in which the beans cooked. Spread a baking sheet with oil. In a pan fry onions cut into thin slices. Add cooked beans and stir everything well. All transferred into a pan, add about two cups of fluid in which the cooked beans and bake on medium heat for about 30 minutes. Add more water or liquid from beans during cooking if the beans a lot of sushi. Furnace lid.

MIX FROM VEGETABLE - ĐUVEČ

Ingredients
eggplant
2 zucchini
cayenne pepper
green pepper
2 onions
carrot
3 to 4 cloves garlic
2 to 3 tomatoes
olive oil
fresh parsley
salt
pepper

Preparation
Eggplant cut into cubes, season with salt well and let stand one hour, then drain well. In large pan mix the prepared vegetables and spices, stir well, add some olive oil and bake covered, until vegetables are tender. Serve with boiled rice or mashed potatoes low fat.

Ingredients
4 potatoes
onion
cup flour
half a teaspoon of oregano
tablespoon baking powder
oil
pepper
salt

Preparation
Grate potatoes and onion and mix with flour, oregano, salt, pepper and baking powder. Make balls and fry them in hot oil.

TUNA BALLS - MEATBALLS

Ingredients
can of tuna in can
2 slices dry bread
parsley
bread crumbs
pepper
oil

Preparation
Middle old (dry) bread Pour lukewarm water, let it rest a bit and drain. Add finely powdered tuna filtered from the oil and chopped parsley, and pepper. Stir well and made meatballs. Roll in bread crumbs and fry in hot oil to golden brown on all sides.

FISH WITH VEGETABLES

Ingredients
800 g of frozen fish fillets
2 onions
3 fresh pepper
3 fresh tomatoes
lemon juice
flour
oil
salt

Preparation
Partially thawed fish, sprinkle with salt and lemon juice. Leave for 20 minutes, then roll in flour and fry in oil. Agree in a bowl and cover. The same oil fry chopped onions, peppers and tomatoes. Add salt to taste. Periodically pour a little water. When vegetables are tender, placed it over the fish, and brown in a preheated oven.

Baked Bean - Pasulj


Ingredients required for 6 people
# 1/2 kg of large white bean ("tetovac")
# 1/2kg of onion
# 1 tea spoon of "aleva paprika" (ground red pepper)
# 1 chili pepper if you wish


# 1 leaf of laurel (Laurus nobilis)
# 1 dl of oil
# pepper and salt as you wish

Put beans in cold water and leave it to boil for a 10 minutes. Than percolate it and put in new water. Add laurel, salt and pepper and cook it for 1 hour. Take care not to disintegrate grains. Brais-fry onion in the warm oil until it mollify. Spice onion with sat and pepper, and add "aleva paprika". Mix it well.

When beans are scald percolate it, but keep water in which you cook it. Beans put in pan with onion, add 1/3 of rest water and mix it again. If you wish, add one chili pepper.

You can also add smoked bacon, sausage, ham or shank. The taste is much better.


Roast it in the oven until it get umber crust. (about one hour on 180 *C)

Serve hot or cold, with meat or as fast meal.

# For 800 g of meat or for 4 Hamburger one third (250 g) of pork meat

# one coffee spoon of baking soda (or baking powder)
# salt and paper as you preferred


Grind the meat three times on meat grinder. In that gridded meat, put all spices and knead (work) the meat three times. Between every of knead, leave the meat for 30 minutes to rest.

Partake meat in 4 portions (about 200 g each) and made a balls. Made hamburger flat each ball) and bake it on barbecue or grill.

Serbian Cabbage Rolls From Sour Cabbage


Lunch for 6 person.
Need :
# 2 heads of sour cabbage
# 800 grams ground meat mixed
(pork and beef)
# 1 kg smoked meat by jour choice
(ribs are perfect)
# 300 grams of smoked beacon
# 1/2 cup minute rice
# 2 heads red onion
# paprika powder
# salt and pepper

Cabbage rolls are the best if you prepare them in BIG quantity and that shouldn't be a problem because they are very tasty even if you want to reheated later on.
For good cabbage rolls is very, very important what kind of sour cabbage quality you will chose. Leafs HAS TO BE medium size and not hard on touch without strong and heavy streams, as well to be golden-yellow color.
Separate every and each leaves from cabbage head and remove the bottom side and hard part by knife. Use only good size leaves which you will be able to roll over. If you cut the rest of cabbage head on quarters, put those on the bottom of boiling pan, as well you have to leave few enough big leaves to cover top before cooking.

To make shore, taste for your self sour and salt level in leaves, and if is too sour or too salty, washed out by cold water.

If cabbage is prepared, next is filling to be done:
- Finally chopped the onion.
- Take a half of beacon and cut on small cube shape pieces.
- Wash the rice few times in water.


Put some vegetable oil in pan and warmed up, add onion and make them to be nice gold-yellow color, then add mixed ground meat together. Myself, I usually mix 2:1 BEEF - PORK. If you wish, you can use only beef, but don't use only pork!
When the meat is half broil, add salt, pepper and paprika powder and at the and add beacon cubes. Mix it well and take it from oven. Somebody add i this mixture one egg, to compact it. I don't!, With egg fill will be too solid. But if you wish, you can do it.


Put the cabbage leave on your palm and on the middle of the leave put some fill. Lap leave bottom (the root side) up, than lap one side to cower a fill and made cabbage roll. Push the top of roll inside it. There is a story that the SARMA is roll well when you can hit it up, and the roll stay solid. However, you haven't to do things like that.



Assort rolls closely one by another, thill you comply one layer. Thread beacon slices between rolls. Furl smoked meat, cut into the smaller peaces, ower that layer. Than assort another layer. At the end assort rest of the beacon an smoked meat over the rolls. Overflow SARMA with cold water to the top off cabbage rolls. Cover all with cabbage leaves.
Put the pot back on the oven (heated on high temperature), to boil. Then lower temperature on minimum, lid the pot and cook SARMA at list 2 - 3 hours. SARMA is better when it is outlast cooked. Don't add water - SARMA can't be ower mach mess.


My suggestion: serve SARMA with mush potato. Apropos, SARMA and mush potato is my favorite combination, and SARMA IS MY FAVORITE!
